• buy-canadian.online is a marketplace platform and does not manufacture, own, or physically stock any products.
• Product listings are provided by third-party vendors or dropshipping partners who are solely responsible for product accuracy, fulfillment, shipping, and quality.
• We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or prices are error-free, accurate, or up-to-date.
• If an issue arises, it must be handled directly with the vendor, and buy-canadian.online assumes no liability for discrepancies.

4. Order Processing, Shipping & Returns

• All orders are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or exchanged.
• Shipping times and policies are determined by the respective vendor. Delays, lost shipments, or damaged items are the sole responsibility of the vendor or shipping provider.
• We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
• We may assist in facilitating communication between buyers and vendors, but resolution is the sole responsibility of the vendor and shipping provider.

4.1 Return & Refund Policy

• We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse.
• Refunds or replacements will only be issued in cases where:
  • The vendor confirms an item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The vendor sent the wrong item (must match the original order confirmation).
• Buyers must submit claims to support@buy-canadian.online within 7 days of delivery, including photos as evidence.
• Refund processing takes 14–28 business days and is subject to vendor approval.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• buy-canadian.online acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for:
  • Any misrepresentation or false claims made by vendors.
  • The quality, safety, legality, or functionality of any products sold on the platform.
  • Any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of a product purchased through our platform.
• Any disputes regarding product defects, warranties, delays, or refunds must be resolved directly with the vendor.
• We do not assume any liability for third-party actions, including vendors, payment processors, and shipping providers.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes must be resolved in a Canadian court of law.
