All order processing and fulfillment are handled by the respective vendors. As such, our ability to cancel orders is limited, and all cancellations are subject to vendor policies.
Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.
Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately via email to support@buy-canadian.online with your order number.
Approval of cancellations is at the sole discretion of the vendor, and we do not guarantee that cancellations will be accepted.
Once an order has been sent for processing, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are strictly not allowed.
If you no longer want an item, please refer to our Return Policy for possible resolution. However, not all products are eligible for returns.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if an order is refused or returned to the sender.
Vendor & Dropshipping Responsibilities
Vendors and dropshipping partners are solely responsible for handling cancellations, refunds, and returns.
buy-canadian.online assumes no liability for order processing delays, cancellations, or refunds, as we do not control vendor operations.
No Exceptions Policy
Once the allowed cancellation window closes, all sales are final.
No modifications, cancellations, or refunds will be granted outside of the specified terms.
