1. Vendor Registration & Approval

1.2 Verification & Compliance

2.1 Accuracy & Compliance

• Vendors must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
• Vendors must comply with all applicable Canadian laws, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• buy-canadian.online is not liable for any misrepresentation, errors, or omissions in product listings.

2.2 Prohibited Items

• Counterfeit, illegal, or infringing products are strictly prohibited. Vendors are fully responsible for ensuring their products do not violate intellectual property laws.
• If a vendor’s product listing is found to be fraudulent, misleading, or illegal, their account may be permanently suspended without prior notice.

2.3 Listing Updates

3. Commission Structure & Fees

3.1 Fee Structure

• Vendors agree that a 7.9% commission will be deducted from each sale, calculated from the aggregate sale amount, excluding taxes and shipping fees.
• This fee may be changed at our discretion at any time.
• All fees are non-refundable, regardless of sales performance, disputes, or account termination.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payments will be remitted on a predefined schedule (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) after deducting applicable commissions, fees, and penalties.
• Vendors are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations related to their sales. buy-canadian.online assumes no tax responsibility.

4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

4.1 Vendor Responsibility

• Vendors are responsible for order fulfillment, inventory management, packaging, and shipping.
• buy-canadian.online does not store, handle, or ship products and assumes zero liability for delivery delays, lost shipments, or damaged goods.

4.2 Shipping Compliance

• Vendors must use reputable shipping carriers and provide tracking information to customers.
• Any shipping delays, errors, or issues must be handled directly by the vendor.

4.3 Costs & Liability

• All shipping costs, duties, and return shipping expenses are the vendor’s sole responsibility.
• Vendors must absorb any losses resulting from shipping errors, customer disputes, or non-deliveries.

5. Returns, Refunds & Customer Service

5.1 Vendor Responsibility for Returns & Refunds

• All return, refund, and exchange requests must be handled directly by the vendor.
• Vendors must establish and communicate their own return policies within Canadian consumer protection laws.
• buy-canadian.online does not process returns, issue refunds, or assume responsibility for customer claims.

5.2 Customer Disputes & RMAs

• Vendors must manage all refund disputes and product replacements at their own cost.
• Vendors who fail to honor their return policies may face account suspension or termination.

• Vendors must respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours.
• Poor customer service, excessive complaints, or unresolved disputes may result in penalties, listing removal, or account suspension.

• Any faulty, hazardous, or misrepresented products must be immediately removed from the platform.

6.2 Intellectual Property Compliance

• Vendors must own or have legal rights to sell listed products.
• Unauthorized or infringing products may result in account termination and legal liability.

6.3 Compliance Audits

• We reserve the right to conduct random compliance checks. Vendors failing audits may face listing removals, fines, or account termination.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

7.1 Violations & Penalties

Failure to comply with these policies may result in:

• Temporary suspension or permanent account termination.
• Fines, penalties, or withheld payments.
• Removal of product listings without prior notice.

7.2 Final Sales & Pending Orders

• If a vendor is suspended or terminated, they must fulfill all pending orders and process necessary refunds.
• buy-canadian.online is not responsible for outstanding vendor obligations.

8. Modifications & Updates
